Memory Confucianism Connectivity An Expose' of the World's Major Religions By Ken Raggio There truly are spirits are in all the world's religions. Tragically, all spirits are not God. The purpose of this article is to closely examine the substance of each of the world's major religions, with the intention of exposing the real spirits that are working in each. This is definitely NOT an ecumenical article. It is not slanted for those who believe everyone worships the same god in their own way. I do not believe that for one second. I am not an ecumenical Christian. I believe there is one Spirit of Truth, but MANY spirits of error. The spirits of error are deceiving and deluding multitudes of people today, and damning their souls to a godless eternity. I will attempt to give you a basic definition of each of the world's major religions, in juxtaposition to the truth of biblical Christianity. I hope you will clearly see that it simply cannot be the same God working in them all. Only one God can be true. All gods are not the same, and cannot be harmonized with each other. This unique article deals with the concepts of SPIRITS - exposing the SPIRITS of our age, and how they are mistaken for God. This is not for those who believe everyone worships the same god in their own way. Here are some shocking conclusions and disturbing observations about the major religions and their Luciferian connection.The War of Wars: Lucifer against Jesus Christ. I will state my conclusions from the beginning. There is a God. His name is Jesus Christ. He rules over all the affairs of men. Lucifer is His principle adversary. Lucifer, working invisibly among men, is presently attempting to assemble his own worldwide kingdom, complete with a hierarchy of high-powered demons and men around the world who are pledged under unbelievable Luciferic oaths to reconstruct and complete, as it were, the "Tower of Babel" - the tower of confusion - from ancient times. All the principle means and methods that Lucifer employs in this process are revealed quite explicitly in the Bible. The entire outcome of Lucifer’s New World Order is plainly foreseen by God and His prophets in the scriptures. Nothing is hidden from the true God, and very little of importance is hidden from those who will consecrate themselves to the doctrine of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. Stalking the Antichrist
in the New World Order In the content ahead, we will, with astonishing accuracy, identify some of the most amazing activities going on around the world that are especially significant to the establishment of Lucifer’s New World Order. Parallel to this expose’ of Lucifer and his kind, we will also take a look at the works of Jesus Christ in the earth today, and show the ultimate destiny of His faithful followers, the true Church, as well. Freedom of Religion yields to New World Order Back to the Tower of Babel. The ancient people wanted to build an empire independent of God. That ancient lust is still very much alive today. Around the world today, godless men seek to create a godless society free of any religious constraints. For starters, two examples demonstrate what I am referring to. Two organizations, both located in San Francisco, are attempting to shape the future of the world. In the late 1990's, The Gorbachev Foundation USA formed the State of the World Forum as a "Brain Trust" of eminent globalists. Their objectives included creating a comprehensive paradigm for New World Order. The United States Congress granted Mikhail Gorbachev control of the famous "Presidio" military complex in San Francisco as his headquarters. Theirs was the embryo of a provisional global-government-in-waiting. Powerful people from points around the world pressed their minds together to begin formulating and eventually implementing a new, ready-made ideological infrastructure for the United Nations and its subsidiaries. "Coincidentally", at the very same headquarters in San Francisco’s famous Presidio is the United Religions Organization, which is an international religious body whose agenda is to provide ecumenical religious governance to all religious movements of the world - a virtual "United Nations of Religions". The United Religions Organization is Chartered The United Religions Organization drafted its new charter in June, 1997, and embarked on an aggressive mission intended to accomplish what failed earlier under the World Council of Churches, the World Parliament of Religions, the Temple of Understanding, and every other global religion operation of the past several decades. That missions is to find the common denominators of all the world’s religions and structure a world religion out of it, eliminating divisive elements. What goes unsaid is that it will become the religious arm of Big Brother – and anyone who fails to get on the one-world-religion wagon will simply have to disband and close up shop. "If a United Religions Organization can purge the religions of what distorts and corrupts their witness, it can unblock the channels through which the healing wisdom of the great spiritual traditions will flow into our world," (emphasis mine.) That comment was a part of a presentation to its members, entitled "A World Body For The World Religions? A Historical Perspective" by Rev. Marcus Braybrooke in March, 1996. In street language, he is saying that we have to get rid of all the religious voices that do not agree with ecumenical religion, so that all the lying demons since Lucifer will be free to "channel" themselves through these reprobate pawns of religion. (Braybrooke is pastor of Grace Community Church, San Francisco, a New Age/Episcopalian operation that influences many globalist/ universalist types) I sat in the United Nations Economic and Social Counsel chambers in New York in 2005 as the ecumenical religions of the world attempted to hammer out international standards for enabling governments to bring the religions together under political supervision and attempt to dissolve their conflicting differences. I have seen first-hand how almost 150 nations are attempting to put political controls on religions around the world. I, for one, an not interested in having ANY government bring Christianity to the table to force it to homogenize with Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism or any other religion. But you can believe me when I say that there are enormous forces at work in the world that will stop at nothing to make that happen. So now you know what I think of globalizing ecumenical religious initiatives. I will return to my opening premise. SPIRITS! That is the title of this article. There are real Spirits in all the world's religions. But don't mistake them for GOD! He has nothing to do with the deception and the lies that all these phony religions thrive on. Before I am finished with this essay, I want to at least identify the spirits that are in all these major world religions and CONTRAST them with the Spirit of God. The most important point is to understand that ALL THOSE SPIRITS are kindred to Lucifer, and will finally join together as a ONE-WORLD RELIGION against the King of Kings, Jesus Christ. Let me begin here with a very basic declaration about God. The Mind and Intelligence of the God of the Bible forged all things into existence. If that is not true, then all religion fails. Not one religion in existence has more substantive and evidential propositions about creation and the existence of all things than does the Bible. Jesus Christ presented harder evidence of the existence of God than any other human who ever lived. Here is the biblical claim: In the beginning, God created. In the beginning, the Word of God was the thought, the "logos", of God. THOUGHT is primordial. Without THOUGHT, there could be nothing but chaos, if anything could even exist. But without thought, nothing can exist. A universe cannot exist in absolute chaos. Whoever and Whatever had the FIRST THOUGHT is the Creator of the universe. THOUGHT is the force behind ORDER. Before there could be a universe of ORDER, there has to be a universe of THOUGHT. ORIGINAL THOUGHT = GOD Better than fantastically, Jesus Christ is the literal incarnation, the embodiment of eternal thought. He gave the evidence to prove it. The Word of God is the intelligent order or arrangement that holds all things together. His Word is the ultimate cohesive force of the universe. How else can water remain in an ocean that is spinning at nearly 1,000 miles per hour. In any laboratory, the water would be slung completely out of its basin instantly. But by the word of God, the land came out of the water, instead of the water coming out of the land. Science sees light as a baseline for all things Einstein’s Theory of Relativity and subsequent quantum theories argued that things in nature are actually different that generally perceived. He made scientific calculations using the speed of light as the only absolute in the universe. He demonstrated that TIME is flexible, can be speeded up and slowed down. Ultimately, everything else, he said, is relative to the speed of light. Is light absolute? Did light pre-date life? Did life follow light, or did light follow life? A body of scientist now believe that the earth is not old enough for human life to have evolved in this environment. They postulate that life must have come from other points in the universe. I agree with that postulation, but I do not agree with their theories. I believe that human life on earth did come from another place in the universe! From GOD! A group of British scientist proposed that life must have entered the planet earth riding on light waves. A lot of people think that life did not begin on earth, but their theories range from alien encounters to meteorite crashes. We who believe in God are affirmed by these seemingly atheistic claims. John said of Jesus, "In him was life, and that life was the light of men". So, God’s LIFE is the LIGHT of the world. Moses taught in Genesis 1 that light is the first evidence of God working in the material world. God said, "Let there be light." Where ever the first light came from is the source of life. If God is the source of light, then He is also the source of life. True light does not come from material sources. Original light came from non-material origins. God! Curiously, the Bible claims that God did not make the sun, moon and stars until the FOURTH day of creation, yet it says that LIGHT was created on the FIRST DAY. That tells us that TRUE LIGHT is not that which emanates from the sun or stars, but it proceeds from the INTELLIGENT LIFE of God. In the city of Heaven, John the Revelator declared that there will be no need for Sun or Moon or Stars because JESUS will be the light of that City! He has ALWAYS been the true light from eternity past. So light came from life - God's life - not life from light as science argues. The very scientists who say there is no God are forced to measure all things by a very living light - light they don't believe exists. But there could never have been material light if it had not been preceded by spiritual light. They only believe in natural light, but at the core of all living things is the SPIRIT -- the infinitely intelligent life of God. That fact stands to prove two scriptural axioms regarding them, 1. "…ever learning but never coming to the knowledge of the truth" 2. "…the world by wisdom knew not God." Man is made in the image of Jesus, the original intelligent life. In the human body, the DNA and RNA molecules provide the programming for every single cell that will ever exist within the homeostasis of the body. DNA is the fundamental and primary intelligence in all living creatures. From the very moment of conception, when the sperm first penetrates the egg, the DNA goes to work assigning cells to their proper place: liver cells to the liver, brain cells to the brain, bone cells to the bones, nerve cells to the nerves. For the entire lifetime of that human, enzymes, directed by the DNA, will digest every morsel of food and drink your body consumes, and carefully assign every nutritional component of that food to its most necessary place within the body. The subliminal intelligence of the human body is so incomprehensible that with all the hundreds of thousands of medical professionals around the world working around the clock to diagnose and understand the body’s inner workings, they still are incapable of synthesizing even one living cell. Somewhere between 50 and 100 TRILLION cells in your body EACH contain the equivalent of 600,000 PAGES of encoded information. An entire human could theoretically be reconstructed from only one cell. Yet that magnificent creature is only a speck of dust in a vast, vast universe of over 100 BILLION galaxies, EACH containing about 100 BILLION stars. The complexity of infinite ORDER can only be explained in the context of an infinite, omniscient, omnipotent Spirit who meticulously created it all. THAT
is the only God I can ever believe in. Intelligence at the cellular level. At the cellular level of the human body, there is so much more than just a cell. The entire human body is controlled by intelligence. Doctors are discovering that the human mind exists not only in the brain, but in every cell of the body. Numerous cases have been reported about a phenomenon called Cellular Memory. In one case, a man who received a donor’s heart in a heart transplant surgery reported that he began to dream dreams about his Aunt Sally. Over and over again, he dreamed about his Aunt Sally. The disturbing thing was that he didn’t HAVE an Aunt Sally. But when he inquired, he found that the person who donated his heart DID have an Aunt Sally that he was very close to. In a second case, a lady received a donor’s heart in a transplant operation, and she woke up craving Chicken McNuggets and beer. She dreamed about meeting a young man named Timmy. But she had never desired Chicken McNuggets or beer. And she didn’t know anybody named Timmy. She eventually tracked down the information on her heart donor, and found that he was a young man named Timmy who had died in a motorcycle accident, and had a fondness for drinking beer, and had just been to McDonalds. I am calling your attention to the fact that our memories do not exist only in our brains. They exist at every level in our bodies – in every cell. If you look at a red blood corpuscle in a microscope, you will see an almost perfectly round cell with a nice dark outline, and depending on the health of that cell, either a solid coloring or a sun-burst effect indicating such conditions as anemia, iron-deficiency or other disorders. But most fascinating to me is the curious glow of light that surrounds every cell. No one can adequately explain that glow, but any medical doctor will confess that there is infinitely more going on within that cell than any of us can possibly know. The "Galvanic Response" In the technology of the polygraph, or the lie detector test, an instrument is attached to human skin by electrode sensors. It measures what is called the "galvanic response" of your body to certain stimuli. If your body becomes tense, as when you are lying, the galvanic response registers on a meter. If your body relaxes, as when you are being truthful, the meter registers nothing. It has been demonstrated that if a person is shown something stimulating such as erotica or something violent, human cells register a response on the polygraph scale. In an amazing experiment, human cells were scraped from inside the mouth of the test subject, and placed on a glass slide in another room, and hooked up to electrodes. When the test was administered, and the person registered a reaction on the polygraph meter, the IDENTICAL response occurred in the next room on the cells on the glass slide. The man’s mouth cells in the next room responded as if they were still in his body. In another similar experiment, a World War II veteran was shown films of planes being shot down in the South Pacific. This man had horrible memories of WWII, and the films produces violent reactions on the polygraph machine. But not only that. Cells had been removed from his mouth, and they also reacted violently during the movie, even though they were in another building – SEVEN MILES AWAY! It is a phenomenon science has yet to accurately classify. Has Science discovered the forces of SPIRIT? I believe the Bible provides an explanation for it. The scripture says, "there is a Spirit in a man…" It is that human spirit that God breathed into Adam’s nostrils. It is that miraculous part of me that did not come from the dust, but from the mind of God. Human intelligence is derived from divine intelligence. Human intelligence is only possible because Almighty God shared His spirit with mankind. If man had no spirit, he could not know as he knows. All living things spring from the original infinite intelligence of Almighty God. He is the order, thought, arrangement of all things living. All living things thrive on intelligence that Almighty God installed in every living cell of every living creature. My human spirit, or as Moses called it, "a living soul" is the fragment of God’s intelligence that he bestowed upon us to live and breath and have our being. That does NOT mean that I am a God, but that I have an impartation of His nature. After all, we are created "in the image of God". Because HE is spirit, we are also spirit.I want to be careful to insert here that even though the above-given example of galvanic response supports the concept of a human spirit, that same polygraph would NOT produce a similar result if the cells of different humans were being used. My spirit and your spirit are not connected in the same way that every cell in one body are connected. At least some of the modern theories of connectivity are as yet unsupported. One of the most intriguing examples in human biology is the phenomenon that occurs any time a human suffers a laceration on the skin. It is truly remarkable how every white corpuscle in the human body seems to INSTANTLY know when there has been a breach. A simple cut on your finger will trigger a shocking flight of billions of white corpuscles to the location of the injury. WHERE DOES THAT INTELLIGENCE originate? How does it work? How does a blood cell in your big toe INSTANTLY know that you just cut your finger? God knows. He knows every star in heaven by name (even though there are at least 100 BILLION times 100 BILLION of them!) and he knows EVERY CELL in EVERY HUMAN at all times. He discerns every thought and even every intention of a human at all times. THAT is an infinite God! THAT is the God I believe in. THAT is who I believe Jesus Christ is! Is spirit at the Quantum Level?There is ample evidence that Divine intelligence in us makes us live. God’s breath empowers my breath. Some Modernists would insist that we dwell in an altogether material world, where substance rules all, and spirits do not exist. I cannot accept that at all. The sub-atomic world of spirit. Even Einstein insisted that the great forces of the universe operate at the Quantum level. The Quantum level is that SUB-ATOMIC world – so small that no microscope or computer can see it or hear it or know it. The Quantum level is that deep inner space where protons and neutrons and electrons only occasionally whiz by. Quantum physics is the study of things much smaller than atoms. The atoms that we all are made of are so minute, that if you could magnify one single atom to the size of a football field, and take a look at the components of that atom, all you would see is a nucleus about the size of a grapefruit sitting on the fifty yard line, and an electron flying around it, equivalent in size to a housefly sitting on the goal post. That is the substance of an atom. Molecules are groups of joining atoms. And human bodies are made out of molecules. If one atom is 99.99999% empty space, and if the substance of that atom is purely electrical, then we humans are 99.9999% empty space, and the rest is electrical charges, arranged by the mind of almighty God. But more significantly, I do NOT believe there is ANY void space. I don't believe there are any voids in the universe. I believe that God inhabits all. Any place where nothing material exists, there is spirit yet. I believe that the presence of God's spirit is everywhere. And, GET THIS: In the same way that every CELL in the human body contains 600,000 pages of encoded information, I believe that EVERY SPECK OF GOD contains ALL His wisdom, knowledge and power. We are not just "brushing against" a God that lives on the other side of eternity. EVERY encounter we have with God's spirit is a complete, comprehensive encounter with infinite wisdom, knowledge and power. And because we are made of a spirit that God created, we can know Him. Although most of our conscious intelligence focuses on our day-to-day experiences on earth, there is a spirit of man that is profoundly connected to everything God is and has done. The Spirit of a Man is rooted in the non-material realm, not the material. Whether our body lives or dies, our spirit remains forever. Christians believe there is conscious life after death. How can anyone argue that God cannot preserve the spirit of a man when his body is rotting in the ground? Our spirit is infinitely more substantive than our material bodies. The spirit of a man is larger, denser, more potent, and more enduring than anything made out of flesh and blood. The soul of a man returns to God who gave it. Not as a cloud of wind, or as a ghostly whisp. The soul of a man is more personified, more clearly defined as a person than our human bodies ever could be. The human body only lasts, on average, 70-80 years. The soul of a man never diminishes. My soul will be just as lucid, aware, mindful, and thoughtful a billion years from now as it is right now. Even though a half-dozen pall bearers may haul my rotting carcase to a cemetery and plant my deteriorating body six feet deep in the dirt, my soul will forever be socializing with men and angels from all the ages in the presence of Almighty God in His glorious eternal presence. I will be walking, talking, seeing, hearing and feeling the glorious reality of the parallel universe I have been hearing about all the days of my earthly journey. I will no longer yearn for the temporal world from whence I came, because in that moment, I will suddenly realize that the world of spirits is infinitely more glorious and fascinating than anything I left behind in the old "teeny-tiny" material world. My intellect, my soul, my mind was always God’s property. If, in my days on earth, I acknowledge Him, and obeyed His instruction, He will receive me into His everlasting presence. If, however, I shun Him, disobey Him, ignore Him, or resist Him in my mortal days, He will refuse to allow me to enter into His eternal presence. He will send me to a place unknown, to a so-called "outer darkness," never ever to have any contact with Him again. In the most technical terms, He is the Father of all Spirits, therefore He is the Father of MY human spirit, and my intelligence is a miniscule fragment of His intelligence. In other words, He programmed me. As soon as my soul leaves my body, it returns to Him (from which it came.) Most intriguing is the fact that spirit remains intact outside of the body, outside of the material packaging. According to the Biblical doctrine of the new birth, if I have failed to be born into Him, then my soul/spirit will be rejected and cast out of His presence forever. My spirit must link hard and fast to His for it to be eternally sound. The redeeming thing is for the natural man to make a miraculous connection with the Almighty God and have God create for him a brand new Spiritual Body that would not suffer corruption. A new birth: A watery womb for a new body, and a new spirit to match. Just exactly the way that God has, in nature, arranged for a brand new fetus to develop in the watery environment of a woman’s womb, God has also arranged that in the waters of baptism a new spiritual body is conceived and born. Then by the complete act of the new birth, God fills that new body with the Holy Spirit - the Ghost of Jesus Christ. And now we have an eternal soul, united with a new body and the mind and spirit of Christ. If any man have not the spirit of Christ he is none of his. That is why we must be baptized in the name of Jesus. He is the author and finisher of our rebirth. The primordial work of God was life-giving. The word PRIMORDIAL means the first occurrence. What PRIMORDIAL work that God did in creation is the basis for all that happens now. When God separated the "firmaments" above the earth from the "firmaments" below, He was creating an atmosphere that would support human life. God not only breathed into Adam’s nostrils, but he covered the surface of the earth with stuff for him to continue breathing. By breathing natural air, the natural body is sustained. But human spirit is not sustained by air. Every man has a human spirit that is like a candle. The scripture says in Proverbs 20:27 that the "Spirit of a man is the candle of the Lord". Job’s friend, Elihu said, "There is a Spirit in man, and the inspiration of the almighty giveth him understanding". So we have a candle, but only God can light it. My spirit is the candle, God’s Spirit is the FIRE! Psalms 18:28 says, "For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness." OTHER SPIRITS THAT ARE NOT OF GOD While God is the primary source of life, there are many other spirits in the world which perform similar functions to the spirit of God, and many men and women are mislead to believe that ALL SPIRIT is God! This is a very, very important reality that we must understand. Not all spirit is God! Although God is the original spirit, and He created all spirits, many spirits are no longer in agreement with their Creator. They have rebelled against the knowledge, power and holiness of Creator God. The world is FULL of renegade, evil spirits. Things of the Spirit are not limited to those of us who believe in the God of the Bible. There are many spirits of many different kinds which pose as God in many different contexts. Men have for aeons set forth to discover the world of the spirit without the recognizing the truth about the Spirit of God. There is a strong belief that surfaces in every society, primitive or civilized, ancient or modern. Every one of us can sense that there is something going on in the invisible world. There really does seem to be something that connects us all invisibly. Connectivity and the Universal Field Theory With every breath that you breath in, you breath in ten to the power of twenty-two atoms (trillions of atoms) from around the universe. That is an astronomical amount of raw material that comes into your body from everywhere else in this universe. With each breath that you breath out, you are breathing out ten to the power of twenty-two atoms that have their origin in every cell in your body. Every time you exhale, you are literally breathing out bits and pieces of your heart, kidney and brain tissue. Technically speaking, we are all intimately sharing our organs with each other all the time, a fact of physiology. You can do mathematical calculations based on radioactive isotopes studies, and prove without a shadow of doubt to a scientist, that right now in your physical body, you have at least a million atoms that were once in the body of Jesus Christ or Buddha or Mahatma Ghandi or Saddam Hussein, or anyone else you want to think about. In just the last three weeks, a quadrillion atoms have circulated through your body that have gone through the body of every other living species on this planet. Talk about being connected! Think of a tree in Africa, a squirrel in Siberia, a peasant in China; and right this moment, you have in your body at least a quadrillion atoms-- that's ten followed by fifteen zeros—that were circulating there about three weeks ago. In about one year, you replace about ninety-eight percent of all the atoms in your body: A new liver every six weeks, a new skin once a month, a new stomach lining every five days, even the DNA which holds the memories of every single ancestor you have ever had. Interconnectivity It is impossible to imagine how INTERCONNECTED we all are at the Quantum level – at that sub-atomic, invisible level. Jesus was the greatest master who ever operated skillfully in the invisible realm - at the quantum level, if you please. Jesus could see, know, and perform in the invisible world. That is because He originated in the spirit world. He created it all, and knows precisely how things function at the quantum level. He knows how to reprogram a human body from the cellular level upward. Jesus commanded miracles that no one else had ever dared. WITH HIS WORDS, he caused blind eyes to see. WITH HIS WORDS, he caused deaf ears to hear, crippled hands to stretch forth, crippled legs to walk, leprous skin to rejuvenate. Jesus knew Philip’s name simply by looking at him. He read the thoughts and intents of the Pharisee’s heart. He yelled into a grave and a four-day old corpse came back to life and walked out. An old lady with pernicious anemia was instantly healed by merely touching the hem of his garment. Jesus had great power in the invisible, quantum level that has rarely been understood and or made use of! He demonstrated in an unprecedented fashion that there are forces that interconnect us all that can heal and do miracles. He could accomplish things that no one before or since has accomplished. Jesus Christ deserves credit for tutoring men in the most sophisticated and advanced medical procedures of all time. To this day they cannot be duplicated nor improved upon in the scientific community. And yet, the things we call miracles and unexplainable, were fully methodical to Him. Even more impressively, Jesus knew the minds and hearts of men. He demonstrated abilities that would cause professionals in the fields of extra-sensory perception, psycho-kinesis, mind-over-matter, or metaphysics to shake their heads in amazement. Methodism in the mysterious For centuries, the sages of every major religion have toyed with the concepts of spirit, and mind over matter, and metaphysical phenomenon. I will illustrated how the major religions of the world have toyed with the concepts of spirit for thousands of years. Once you ever comprehend, however, that Almighty God, who is now incarnate in the man Jesus Christ, is the first and only God, they you must realize that all other religions are cheap, defective knock-offs of the one and true religion - the religion of the God of the Bible. It is said that Hinduism originated about 2,000 years before Christ, although it had no founder, no central authority, and no fixed creed. There are about 350 million followers, almost all living in India. Hindus look and listen to nature, and worship the powers they see at work in nature. They assign personal deities to them. They say they only believe in one god, but in practice, they are polytheistic, believing in as many as 300,000,000 gods. And they have idols for multitudes of them, being the most extreme idolaters in the world. In the 8th Century BC, their nature worship was codified in scriptures, and came to be known as the "revealed wisdom". It is composed mostly of prayers addressed to the personified powers of nature. They believe in the primary power in nature is what they call the "sole Reality, the immortal, infinite, eternal, inscrutable, impersonal Absolute" and the name they give it is "the Brahma". Karma and Transmigration The main beliefs of modern Hinduism are the doctrines of karma and transmigration. They believe that when a human dies, the soul will be reborn into another existence predetermined by the thoughts and actions of the present life. Karma is their law of sowing and reaping, and it says that if you sow a good life, you will reap a better life in the next reincarnation. If you sow a bad life, you will reap a worse life in the next reincarnation, which could even be in the form of an animal or a plant. Transmigration is their belief that all life is essentially the same, whether vegetable, animal, or human. The spirit therefore migrates from one form to the other. They believe that somehow the soul is an individual entity, caught in a process that will lead it through many lives. When the final effect of the last action is completed, the soul will be reabsorbed into the Infinite. There is no continuance of individuality. You will probably never know what you used to be, or what you will finally become. You are just drifting uncontrollably from this present reality to a future realitiy that you will likely never realize. Philosophical Hinduism stresses that there is only one Reality. Spirit and Matter are eternal. Yoga emphasizes physical and mental techniques for achieving union with the Infinite. Hare Krishna and Shankara are branches of Hinduism in the West. The Brahman Brahma (or Brahman) is the ultimate and only Reality. He is consciousness, he is existence, he is the soul of every human being, creature, and object. Salvation comes through meditating to the realization that Brahma and one's self are one and the same (the oneness of all things). Any concept of ego or individuality is simply an "illusion." Tragically, in juxtaposition to the doctrines of Christianity, Hinduism leaves one totally unprepared to face the true Creator of the universe. Hinduism denies that we will be aware in the presence of a living God for eternity. JainismJainism is an aspect of Hinduism that has about 1.5 million followers. The individual is uncreated and indestructible. There is no creator or supreme being (atheism). Prayers and worship do not help. Non-injury, or extreme reverence for all living things is a fundamental point. In terms that Christians understand, Hindus do believe they have a soul, and they believe in a universal non-specific intelligence. They believe that the soul blends with the universal intelligence through meditation and yoga. They believe that the human spirit never ends, but is reincarnated again and again in many forms. The ultimate spiritual goal is to become one in unity with the universe. Buddhism was the first religion to become international. It has 250-500 million followers today. It was founded around 500 BC by a Hindu prince. It is said that at age 29 he decided to seek the answer to the problem of sin and suffering. He left philosophical speculation, taking the path of extreme bodily asceticism. After five futile years he resorted to less rigorous practice. At 35, while seated under a bodhi tree in meditation, he experienced enlightenment and became the Buddha, the "enlightened one." During the remained of his life, he preached the Middle Path to Enlightenment, or nirvana, the place of freedom from rebirth. He died at 80, with about 500 disciples. The Buddhist Middle Path to salvation from rebirth demands true knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The four noble truths are:
The essential features of Buddhism according to the first Buddha, Gautama, was conduct, not worship. He acknowledged the possibility of gods and demons but said nothing about them. The delusion of self and questions as to whether the soul exists has been a source of quarrel among Buddhists for centuries. According to Buddhism, the self is composed of five constantly changing states of being. While there is no permanent self, what a person does has its effect upon his future. Karma and transmigration are accepted doctrines. Nirvana, is the ultimate "place of passionless peace," where all desire has ceased, all karma has been completed, and there is no more rebirth, no more reincarnation. Buddhists are looking for a Messiah of sorts, named Maitreya, who will supposedly come to enlighten the present age as Gautama did his. Buddha is a word for the supreme Reality, the divine Being, or an incarnate savior. Countless men have claimed to have reached nirvana but postpone entrance in order to help mankind. Prayer is addressed to images of these men. Heavens and hells in the afterlife are vividly portrayed. Zen is the intuitive sect of Buddhism. Meditation, chanting of mantras, etc. is the principle activity. Salvation is to be found within one’s self. The true Buddha nature is within one's own heart. Reasoning cannot give truth or reality, only tuning in to the Buddha can. Their method of meditation is similar to Yoga in Hinduism. The goal is a flash of intuition that opens up reality. Zen is rigidly individualistic, needing no temples, monasteries, or images. Simple living and self-discipline are advocated. Their leader is the Dalai Lama, who is the supreme head of church and state. He is believed to be the reincarnation of the original Buddhas. In terms Christians understand, Buddhism acknowledges the soul of man, believes in Karma and Transmigration like the Hindus. But the ultimate goal is not reincarnation, but nirvana - a peaceful end where there is no more desire or rebirth. Adhering to Buddhism will leave a person totally unprepared to face the true Creator when the spirits of men are called into judgment by Jesus Christ. Islam (Moslem, Muslim, Mohammedism) Then we have ISLAM ( the sons of Ishmael, Abraham’s son by the bondwoman). Islam claims more than 400 million followers, numerically second only to Christianity. Its founder was Mohammed (AD 570 to 632) who was born in Mecca, Arabia. Born in a time of rampant idolatry, he spent much time in lonely meditation. After repeated visions, he believed himself called to preach the religion of the one absolute God (named Allah), the Creator, Ruler, and Judge of the universe. Mohammed migrated to Medina when he experienced heavy opposition in Mecca. This migration marked the beginning of the Islamic Era. Mohammed's "Rule of God" expanded from Medina, and by 630 he was the ruler of all Arabia. During the following century Islam became supreme in the Near East, North Africa, and Spain. Essential Beliefs of Islam: A Muslim is literally "one who submits to the will of God." Islam demands belief in the articles of faith and the practice of religious duties. They believe there is no god but Allah. (Allah is Arabic for God). Greatest possible stress is laid on God's oneness. He is without an equal, absolutely sovereign, and omnipotent. In Islam, angels are Allah's messengers. They are sinless beings who were created out of light and have life, speech, and reason. Of four archangels, Gabriel is the medium of inspiration, the revealer of Allah's truth. The devil, called Shaitan or Iblis, is an angel who fell through pride. Other beings are the jinn, or genii. They are created out of fire, and may be good or evil. Demonic genii serve the devil. The books "sent down" from Allah numbered 104. Only four remain: Tauret (Pentateuch) given to Moses; Zabur (Psalms) given to David; Injil (Evangel) given to Jesus; and Koran (given to Mohammed). Islam teaches that the first three (all in the Bible) have been corrupted and have been replaced by the Koran, which contains all the necessary instruction. Mohammed ironically attempts to reconstruct a divine religion by denouncing all previous divine revelations, establishing himself as the final authority on things he knew almost nothing about. The Koran, allegedly uncreated and eternal, was brought to the lowest heaven on the "Night of Power and Excellence" and given piecemeal to Mohammed as occasion demanded. Major and minor prophets are innumerable. Twenty-eight are named in the Koran, including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed. Resurrection and the day of judgment will be literal for all men. There are seven heavens and seven hells. Predestination of good and evil is the keystone of Islam. Everything is by the decree of Allah. His will is certain, arbitrary, irresistible, and inevitable. The obligatory Five Pillars of Islam 1. Recitation of the creed, "There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet." 2. Recitation of the five daily prayers (passages from the Koran) must be preceded by ceremonial washings, with face turned toward Mecca, with a specified posture, and Arabic language. 3. Fasting: especially during the month of Ramadan, ninth month of the lunar calendar. Abstinence is required from eating, drinking, bathing, smoking, smelling perfumes, etc., between sunrise and sunset. Feasting is permitted during the night. 4. Almsgiving: a compulsory percentage of property owned must be given to the poor, homeless, debtors, slaves, etc. 5. Pilgrimage to Mecca: required once in a lifetime for those who are able. Other essentials of Islam include the Traditions, "customs of the Prophet", which supplement or interpret the Koran. This is the oral law, the second foundation of Islam, sayings of Mohammed or his first generation of Muslim Companions. Muslims practice Circumcision. It is the rite of initiation among all Muslims, although it is not mentioned in the Koran. Mecca and the Kaaba
The Kaaba, the House of Allah which is situated in the center of Mecca, symbolizes the Unity of God who alone is worthy of worship. He is Independent and free of any kind of associate having no father, mother or son. Muslims detest the polytheistic trinitarian teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and the Protestant denominations that hold to its trinitarian doctrine. In every prayer of the day a Muslim affirms several times before God: Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we implore for help. They reject the Doctrine of Trinity i.e., God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost, which is defined by Roman Catholics as a mystery incapable of being understood. Muslims strongly deny that God ever had a son. They do not believe that Jesus was the son of God, or was deity in any way. They believe that Jesus was a mere prophet who was not always correct in his teachings. Theoretically, Muslims acknowledge the right of others to believe what they want. Moderate Muslims claim that there is no compulsion in religion and everyone is free to believe in or disbelieve in whatever they like (2:257;18:30). In fact the Quran (Koran) teaches that a Muslim's attitude and approach to people of other faiths, even if they are idol worshippers, should be courteous and respectful (6:108), although this does not mean one should withhold oneself from conveying to others what one believes to be the truth (34:29). Regarding the absolute unity of God, the Quran states: "In the name of Allah, the Gracious and the Merciful. Say 'He is Allah, the One! Allah the Independent and Besought of all. He begets not, nor is He begotten, and there is none like unto Him." (112:1-5) The Qu’ran or Koran Their scripture, the Quran, says that the first House of worship for the worship of the One True God was built in Becca which is the name given to the Valley of Mecca: Surely the first House founded for all mankind is that at Becca abounding in blessings and guidance for all peoples. (3:95) The Quran tells that in the time of Abraham, its foundations alone existed on which it was rebuilt by Abraham and his son Ishmael. Pilgrimage to the Kaaba is called for at least once in a lifetime for every Muslim who can afford to do so in a state of safety and security. While walking around the Kaaba the pilgrim should be completely absorbed in his or her attention on the Unity of God and on feelings of love for Him. Jihad - Holy War Jihad, or holy war - religious war against infidels is plainly taught in the Koran. We see these Holy Wars carried on by Moslems all over the earth today – in Israel, in the Eastern Block nations of Europe, in Bosnia, Hersegovinia, Serbia, Macedonia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Middle East, as well as various other places in Asia and Africa. Their unpardonable sin is associating any other divinity with Allah. Islam denounces all other religions and non-Muslim nations as "infidels" and pledges to eventually destroy all infidels and establish a global Muslim government. Islam is founded upon a legend of Ishmael that flagrantly and glaringly contradicts the Bible. According to Genesis 16:10-12, the angel of Jehovah told Hagar, Ishmael's mother, "I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude," and "and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction. And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren." A "wild man" whose "hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him," is Jehovah's description of Ishmael and his descendants. The Bible prophesies that the Ishmaelites would be at odds with all other nations, but does not prophesy that they would be spiritually superior to Judaism or Christianity as Islam asserts. On the contrary, God specifically told Abraham that His blessing would be passed down through the seed of ISAAC, not Ishmael. Genesis 21:12, "And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called." (KJV) Twice in the New Testament, God's selection of Isaac above Ishmael is confirmed - Romans 9:7 and Hebrews 11:18. Isaac was the father of Esau and Jacob. Jacob was Abraham's heir, and was renamed Israel by the Angel of the Lord. Over 3,000 years ago, Moses
documented what happened. Here is the dramatic ancient evidence! Here is the deed to Israel, both as a nation and as a land. Genesis 32:27-29: "And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there." (KJV) Genesis

In Exodus 4:22 God told Moses to speak to Pharaoh, King of Egypt, "And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:" Israel was God's chosen people from ancient times. According to Psalm 135: "4. For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure. 5 For I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord is above all gods." The Prophet Isaiah spoke clearly about God's relationship with Israel: Isaiah
41:8-14 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. God
chose Israel as the
progeny of Messiah.
The Islamic religion totally rejects and contradicts these fundamental Biblical truths. The God of heaven and earth chose to reveal his might works in the nation of Israel over 2,000 years before Mohammed was ever born. Then God revealed His Messiah, Jesus Christ, (who was the Incarnation of the invisible Spirit) over 600 years before Mohammed was born. It should be obvious to any learned person that Mohammed was too late, and too wrong to be true. His message contradicts many infallible and incontrovertible truths about God. Learn the true name of God (not Allah) at this site: Shinto and Japan are inseparable. Most of Japan's 120 million people were born into Shinto. Shintoists believe that the land and its people are divinely originated. It has coexisted and intermingled with Confucianism and Buddhism for 1400 years. The Hebrew Bible predates Shintoism by nearly 1000 years. The period of Pure Shinto was from about 660 BC to AD 552. Nature worship was associated with worship of the land. Unpainted, unadorned, wooden shrines were centers of worship, having no images, sacred book, doctrines, or code of laws. Animism (belief that a spirit or force resides in every animate and inanimate object) was everywhere. Divinities were multiple and everywhere, in addition to ancestor worship. Worship was coupled with reverence for local and national rulers. From AD 552, Buddhism entered by way of China and Korea and existed as a separate religion. Images, incense, sermons, and elaborate ceremonies were introduced. The central truth of Shinto is that the Emperor is the direct descendant of the gods. No other nation was entitled to equality with Japan. Shinto was the state religion. State Shinto, with the divinity of the emperor as symbol, became a national institution in which all were expected to participate regardless of religion. In 1945 State Shinto was disestablished, and the emperor declared himself to be mortal. Shinto has regained its strength since World War II, with an estimated 90,000 shrines. The Shinto scriptures trace the mythical history of Japan and of the imperial line. There are eight million gods. The sun-goddess holds divine preeminence and the emperor is said to be directly descended from her. Nature gods are innumerable in Shinto, with many beautiful shrines throughout the land. No Shinto book contains any code of morals. Ethics and morals are based on the idea of the divinity of the celestial race. There is no concept of sin. Since the people are naturally good (!), the question of right and wrong does not arise. Taoism was a religion of philosophy in pre-communist China, beginning shortly before Christianity. It is fast disappearing in China. Its founder Lao-Tzu (604 to 517 BC) emphasized a return to the primitive simplicity of nature, a quiet and personal search for the Tao, the eternal, impersonal, mystical, supreme principal that lies behind the universe. The symbols yin and yang are notable from Taoism. These are the "two interacting energy modes", the yang being masculine, active, warm, dry, and positive. The yin in feminine, dark, cold, inactive, and negative. Everything that exists is constituted by the interplay of these two modes of energy. The religion of Taoism bears little resemblance to the philosophy of Lao-Tzu, being characterized by superstition, extreme animism, witchcraft, astrology, demonism, and ancestor worship. Confucianism is really a philosophy of life, not a religion. The main concern of Confucius (551 to 446 BC) was with human relationships, the science of government, and ethics within the social order. Confucius acknowledged the being of God (called Heaven) and the place of religion, but he added little to that field. The Superior Man was the ideal to be followed. Confucian temples idolized the founder as this Ideal Man. There was no separate priesthood, and government officials performed priestly functions, including nature worship, veneration of Confucius, the emperors, and the ancestors in elaborate ceremonies. There were five relationships indispensable to life. These existed between ruler and subject, father and son, husband and wife, elder brother to younger, and friend with friend. The Confucian scriptures, called The Classics and The Four Books, were compiled by Confucius and are collections of his sayings. They contain no teaching regarding a future life. These books, however, are thought to be the most important influence in the development of the Chinese ideal of character. In Christian terms, Confucianism is humanistic and almost atheistic. Life is for now, afterlife is no matter. Zoroastrianism is the near-extinct world religion that has the closest association with Bible history. The Biblical kings Cyrus, Ahasuerus, and Darius of Persia were Zoroastrians. Some believe that the Three Wise Men who visited baby Jesus were Zoroastrians. The founder was Zoroaster, or Zarathustra (about 660 to 583 BC), who was born in Persia. At the age of 30 a vision of Ahura Mazda, the Supreme Being, sent him forth to preach. The last twenty years of Zoroaster's life were spent in holy wars by which he sought to promulgate his religion. Zoroaster himself is now worshipped as deity, and it is said that he had a miraculous birth and miracle-working powers. Zoroastrian scriptures teach cosmic dualism with good and evil in eternal opposition. The Supreme Being, Ahura Mazda, is the god of light. He is in constant battle with the bad spirit. Good and evil spirits are associated with them, and Ormazd will ultimately triumph. High ethical morals are maintained. Salvation is by works. A future savior is expected. They expect a bodily resurrection of all dead and a final judgment where the wicked will be purified by fire. Thus cleansed, they will go with the righteous to dwell forever in the new heaven and the new earth. All evil angels will be annihilated. The human world on this earth is divided into two camps, the righteous and the wrongful. The objective of the righteous should be to win over the wrongful into the righteous camp and thus establish a good life for all In Christian terms, Zoroastrianism contains a primitive form of some of the planks of Christianity. They are disconnected from Biblical roots, however. Although its spiritual concepts vaguely resemble Christianity, it does not make the connection with the true God of the Bible. Despite its universal reputation, Roman Catholicism is NOT true Christianity in biblical terms. It is just another one of the many pagan religions, and I will demonstrate why I say so. Historically, Rome was a ruthless, vicious enemy of Christianity. Millions of early-church saints were killed by the powers of Rome. Strangely, however, by the turn of the third century, the church that Jesus founded faced a treacherous tide of doctrinal changes in the twelve congregations that were meeting in the city of Rome. This theological revolution began with the fervent apologetics of one Justin Martyr, then preaching and teaching in Rome. Justin Martyr introduced a concept unheard of among earlier Christians, namely that Jesus Christ was "in the second place" to Father God. Second place?? An understudy of Justin Martyr's, Irenaeus, furthered the confusion, stating that "the Son of God became the Son of Man". This was a completely new concept, never before taught in the first 300 years of the early church. Paul had preached that Jesus was the image of the invisible God. Jesus declared that to see Him was to see the Father. Iranaeus' statement introduced a previously unheard of concept of an eternal son, and plainly contradicted the Apostles' premise that the Son was conceived by the Holy Ghost in the "fullness of time" and "made of woman" (Galatians 4:4). The idea of an eternal son had never been preached in the early church. Jesus was the FULLNESS of God bodily. Not one-third of a trinity! This was followed by erroneous teaching that since Jesus proceeded from the Father, that the Holy Ghost proceeded from the Son, and was therefore in THIRD PLACE in the Godhead. Within a few short years, these errors were codified into the doctrine of the Trinity, that God exists in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. Curiously, in short order, the Roman Emperor Constantine stopped persecuting Christians and elevated the Roman Catholic Church to the status of the state religion. Tertullian (who apparently was the first to use the word "trinity" in reference to God) and Hippolytus of Rome succeeded in changing the mode of water baptism from being performed "in the name of Jesus Christ" to use of the titles "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost", thereby abandoning the "only NAME given among men whereby we must be saved" in baptism. Every baptism recorded in the New Testament had been performed in the name of Jesus, but now, only the titles were being used for the first time, stripping water baptism of the saving name.It is conspicuous that at the same time the church stopped preaching that the Father God was in Christ, the Roman Empire stopped fighting the church and began embracing it. When they stopped baptizing converts in the name of Jesus Christ, and replaced it with generic titles of father, son and holy spirit, Rome was no longer opposed to it. Rome effectively drove Jesus Christ out of the church. Once the church had been rendered powerless, the Roman government decided to declare it the official world religion, and set out to eliminate all conflicting points of view. William Chalfant, in the book "Ancient Champions of Oneness" records that "in 312 AD, Caesar himself, the Emperor Constantine, became a Catholic" and by 325 AD, at the Council of Nicea, a canon was drafted that specifically named a notorious group of Jesus' name baptized Pentecostals based in Rome, and ordered them to be re baptized. The Roman Catholic Church demanded the death of true Christians. Two centuries later, the Roman Catholic Church issued the Justinian Code of 529 AD, that "declared death for two heresies in general: (1) Anti-Trinitarianism, and (2) rebaptism" (outside Roman baptism). Roman Catholicism did not stop the doctrinal perversion with water baptism. They stripped the Word of God from their pulpits, forbade the laity from reading or possessing copies of the Bible, uttered the Masses in the Latin language, regardless of the national language of the people. They introduced countless heresies such as:
As if these errors alone were not enough, the RCC has set out to bring together all the major religions of the world under her umbrella. According to the Dictionary of the Ecumenical Movement, since the RCC convened the Second Vatican Council in the 1960’s, under Pope Paul VI, the Ecumenical intent of the church has been a major thrust. Since the establishment of the Secretariat for Non-Christians, and with the help of the World Council of Churches, the RCC has fostered a new dimension of Hindu-Christian dialogue that has resulted in the GROWTH AND SPREAD of Hindu missions in the West. Within the Catholic Church, THOUSANDS of priests and nuns practice Yoga and other forms of Hindu or Buddhist mysticism. One keen example is at the College of St. Mary in Omaha, where Sister Mary Ohara, professor of philosophy teaches Buddhist and Hindu techniques for enhancing education in Catholic schools. Pertaining to the Islam (Moslem) faith, Pope John Paul II greeted a crowd of Muslims in Brussels, Belgium by saying, " Christians and Moslems, we meet one another with one faith in one God… and try to put into practice the teachings of our respective holy books". The outrageous crime of that statement is that no true Christian would ever agree that the God of Islam is the same God of the Bible, nor can any true Christian commend the teachings of the Koran. The Catholic Church is increasingly intertwined with heathen and pagan religions. In New York City, in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Cardinal Cooke received the Dalai Lama, who claims to be the FOURTEENTH reincarnation of the first Buddha. The Cardinal exclaimed, "all the world’s religions are basically the same", and called the event "one of the greatest movements of the spirit in our time". Surely not the Holy Spirit. "But," you may say, "what does the Roman Catholic Church have to do with us." For all its determination to fuse all the world’s religions together under the umbrella of the RCC, the RCC has unofficially declared Holy War in Brazil against Fundamentalist Christians – especially Pentecostals. Liberation Theologists (who are socialist Catholics) in Washington DC are constantly lobbying for legislation that presses for Ecumenical religion world-wide, at the same time stripping religious freedoms from the "little guys" like fundamentalists. The Roman Catholic Church has been perceived for centuries by the old reformers as the False Prophet of the Antichrist regime in Revelation 13, 14 and 17. The Reformation was fueled by RCC abominations Martin Luther himself left the RCC for reasons no different than what I have already mentioned. The Lutherans, The Calvinists, the Anabaptists, and EVERY OTHER Protestant church revolted against the universally corrupt RCC. Reformation nullified in our time But in OUR TIME, the reformation has been overthrown. The New York Times, March 30, 1994 reported the most significant event in 500 years of Catholic / Evangelical relations: It read, " In what’s being called a historic declaration, evangelicals including Pat Robertson and Charles Colson (one of the chief originators) joined with conservative Roman Catholic leaders today in upholding the ties of faith that bind the nation’s largest and most politically active religious groups. They urged Catholics and evangelicals… to stop aggressive proselytization of each other’s flocks. John White, President of Geneva College and former president of the National Association of Evangelicals, said the statement represents a "triumphalistic moment" in American religious life after centuries of distrust…" Other Evangelical endorsers include the heads of the Home Mission Board and Christian Life Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention (who acted in an independent capacity), the nation’s largest Protestant denomination, and Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade for Christ… Mark Noll of Wheaton University… Os Guiness, Jesse Miranda, (Assemblies of God), Richard Mouw (President, Fuller Theological Seminary)" Another endorsement came from Robert Simonds, the Southern California Chairman of the National Association of Evangelicals. He "applauded the declaration" and said he hoped that it would " bring increased cooperation between evangelicals and Catholics." Reformers called RCC Antichrist Charles Spurgeon would have turned over in his grave. Years ago, Spurgeon declared, "It is the bounden duty of every Christian to pray against Antichrist, and as to what Antichrist is no sane man ought to raise a question. If it be not the Popery in the church of Rome, there is nothing in the world that can be called by that name. It wounds Christ, robs Christ of His glory, puts sacramental efficacy in the place of His atonement, and lifts a piece of bread in the place of the Savior. If we pray against it, because it is against Him, we shall love the persons though we hate their errors; we shall love their souls though we loathe and detest their dogmas." Martin Lloyd-Jones said, "The Roman Catholic Church is a counterfeit… of the worst and most diabolical kind.. a form of Antichrist… to be rejected and denounced". (To be accurate, the scripture does not point to the Pope as Antichrist, but call him the False Prophet, who supports and gives his endorsement to the Antichrist - read Revelation 13.) With the prevailing beliefs running throughout the entire Protestant church of the last century, isn’t it then SHOCKING to say the least that so many of the preeminent evangelicals of our time have turned around and returned to the RCC?Fundamentalism Retrogress Billy Graham (ever heard of Billy Graham?) said "I’ve found that my beliefs are essentially the same as those of orthodox Roman Catholics". This is nothing less than SHOCKING! Statistics show that Billy Graham has done more than any other evangelical to fill the pews of Roman Catholic Churches. Every Catholic who signs a conversion card in Billy Graham crusades is immediately referred BACK to the Roman Catholic Church for membership. W.A. Criswell, former president of the Southern Baptist Convention said, "I don’t know of anyone more dedicated to the great fundamental doctrines of Christianity than the Catholics". WHAT?? Paul Crouch, President of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, the largest TV network in the world, said, "I’m eradicating the word Protestant even out of my vocabulary… I’m not protesting anything… it’s time for Catholics and non-Catholics to come together as one in the Spirit and one in the Lord." You've got to be kidding! Robert Schuller, Hour of Power author, Pastor of the Garden Grove Community Church said, "It’s time for Protestants to go to the shepherd (the pope) and say, "What do we have to do to come home?"HOME? Since when is the Roman Catholic Church the home of true Christianity? Benny Hinn said that Roman Catholic doctrine is of no concern, for after all, Catholics "Love Jesus". I'm sorry, Benny, but the RCC doesn't know who Jesus is. The Great Whore I am proposing to you that all of evangelical Protestantism is returning to its mother, the RCC, because they never truly left it! Because their baptism was never corrected, they never truly protested. They are the harlot daughters of the mother whore that John the Revelator saw in Revelation 17:
So the Roman Catholic Church is the Great Whore and the Mother of Harlots. If not, then who? Is the Roman Catholic Church the repository of the Spirit of Truth. I think not. Is there a spirit in the RCC. Yes. But it is not the spirit of God. If not, then it must be an evil spirit. Yes. The RCC is full of evil spirits. SEE ALSO: IRON AND CLAY FEET CONCLUSION: Perhaps the GREATEST POINT I CAN MAKE, after giving you a brief overview of the major religions of the world, is that the hearts of ALL MEN really do seem to seek after God, because there is a Spirit in man. But the confusion comes from the fact that from the very days of Noah, his sons walked away from the Ark and straightaway FORGOT GOD. Paul declared to the Romans, in chapter one,
The world has come to its religious chaos because those who knew Him in the beginning turned their backs on Him. It is ONLY by the singular obedience of the great men of God like Abraham, Moses and David, that the true revelation of the living God has been preserved. Noah was a preacher of righteousness. Abraham, Moses and David were all called Prophets. Then came John the Baptist, and Jesus Christ himself, then the Apostles, including Paul. 1 Corinthians 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. It was the mind of God that was superimposed on ancient men that caused them to be known as the patriarchs, or early fathers. Men like Abraham, Moses and David heard the voice of God, saw his theophanies - temporary manifestations - and took His words to their hearts. God's word drew Abraham out of Mesopotamia, Moses out of the land of the Midianites, and David out of the sheep fields, to enter into a God-inspired journey into the unknown. It is the mind of God superimposed on our wills that is the sum total of our potential. Every major religion in the world stresses UNITY: unity with men, unity with nature, even unity with the creatures. But ONLY the Bible and the Gospel of Jesus Christ FIRST stresses UNITY with GOD. To be in UNITY WITH GOD, we must be aware of HIS spirit, HIS word and HIS will, not only in my own life, but in the lives of others who also seek His will. We cannot accomplish that within ANY of the world's major religions, other than in the true Apostolic, Acts 2:38, Spirit-filled, Jesus' name Church. UNITY with one another in the MIND OF GOD. The wise man said, "Wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom, and with all thy getting get understanding." WHERE DO WE GET WISDOM? We get eternal wisdom from the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. "If any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His." The Holy Ghost is the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16
