Pope Will Resign

By Ken Raggio

2/11/13

For the first time in more than 600 years, a sitting pope will resign, effective February 28, 2013, according to a Vatican spokesman.

Benedict Many Christians will immediately wonder, "Will the next Pope be the Antichrist?"

That speculation is fueled largely by the legendary prophecies of the Roman Catholic Church's own St. Malachy, who prophesied in the eleventh century.

One of the Roman Catholic Church’s most notable “prophets” or “mystics" was St. Malachy, who lived in the eleventh century.

Malachy St. Malachy made a list of the last 112 Popes, and gave a Latin phrase of some kind, which was considered to be a clue about each particular pope’s identity.

St. Malachy only listed 112 Popes. Every clue he provided about the first 111 popes has been accurate.

St. Malachy “prophesied” that the sign of the 110th pope would be an eclipse of the sun. Pope John Paul II, who was a Polishman named Karol Wajtyla, was born during a solar eclipse, and his funeral took place during a solar eclipse.

The present Pope Benedict XVI is the 111th Pope. St. Malachy had prophesied that the 111th Pope would be identified by the OLIVE. Benedict is named after the Benedictine Order, which is "The Order of the Olive Tree."

The last pope on his list was St. Peter the Second. His clue, in Latin, said, “In extreme persecution, the seat of the Holy Roman Church will be occupied by Peter the Roman, who will feed the sheep through many tribulations, at the term of which the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the formidable Judge will judge his people. The End.”

Now, I cannot and will not vouch for the source of this mystic’s inspiration, except to say that I do NOT believe that it was the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Nevertheless, I will tell you that the Bible has much to say about the Roman Catholic Church and the Pope. Revelation 13, 17,18, 19, and Daniel 9 all contain prophecies that pertain to either the Pope or the Roman Catholic Church.

Without going into a major Bible lesson here, I will tell you that the lamb with the mouth of the dragon mentioned in the second half of Revelation 13 will be the last Pope.

"Mystery Babylon" described in Revelation 17 and 18 is, without any doubt, the Roman Catholic Church.

Because of countless other prophecies that are right now being fulfilled, I can tell you with confidence that it is very possible that the next pope will be the last pope before Jesus Christ returns to wage the great and final battle of Armageddon.

Furthermore, the next pope is very likely to be the Pope who, according to Revelation 13, will announce and implement the infamous Mark of the Beast.

17 Proofs that "Mystery Babylon" is the Roman Catholic Church

Rome Destroyed The 18th Chapter of Revelation describes the violent destruction of Mystery Babylon - the Roman Catholic Church AND the City of Rome immediately before the battle of Armageddon.

At Armageddon, Jesus Christ will have the Beast and the False Prophet cast into the lake of fire.

The Beast will be the head of the world government, and the False Prophet will be the Pope.

Immediately following Armageddon, Jesus Christ will establish His earthly kingdom in Jerusalem for 1,000 years.
